This version provides a quick summary of key points. The full TOS applies to all commissions—please refer to it for full details.• Payment is due after sketch approval and before line art begins.• Split or planned payments are available for commissions over $100.• Two sketch revisions are included in the base price.• Minor edits (e.g. color tweaks) are fine and free during coloring.• Major edits after the second sketch may include an extra fee.• You may not use the artwork for profit without purchasing commercial rights.• All artwork is for personal use unless otherwise agreed.• Artwork will be delivered digitally to your provided contact method.• I retain the rights to drafts and unused concepts if a commission is canceled.• Refunds are not available once a sketch is approved—unless no update is given for 6+ months.• Refunds are not given if you’re found associated with harmful or unsafe communities.• Tips are welcome and appreciated, but never required.• You may request privacy for your commission—just let me know in advance.• You do not hold the right to use my work for NFTs, crypto, or blockchain-related purposes.• You do not hold the right to use my work for AI tools, datasets, or related tech.• By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed in the full TOS.

LAST UPDATE: 7/19/25By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service, whether you’ve read them or not. Please take a moment to review them so we can have a smooth and respectful collaboration.⸻GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
• Please be patient. I’m a real person balancing responsibilities and mental wellness. Quality artwork takes time and care.
• Rushing the process may delay your commission and affect overall quality. I want to give your piece the attention it deserves.
• Kindly avoid spamming DMs. You will receive updates during key stages of your commission—consistent communication is important, but balance is appreciated.⸻REQUESTING CHANGES
• You’re welcome to request adjustments during the sketch phase. The first two sketch drafts are included in the base price.
• Major changes after the second sketch may require an additional fee, depending on complexity.
• Small refinements (like color tweaks or detail adjustments) during the coloring stage are perfectly fine and won’t incur extra charges.⸻CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
• If you choose to cancel after receiving a sketch or WIP, I retain the rights to any concepts, designs, or artwork created up to that point. Please do not reuse any part of the work.
• Refunds are not available after the sketch is approved, unless I haven’t provided an update for 6 months or more.
• If a refund is issued, I still retain rights to the artistic elements and drafts (excluding your original character).
• Custom Designs: If a refund is granted, the design remains mine to reuse, resell, or modify. Any reference materials you provided will not be reused for another client.⸻REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF:
• You are past the refundable stage.
• You are found to be associated with harmful or inappropriate communities (e.g., zoos, pedophilia, grooming, pro-shipping, etc.).⸻PAYMENT & PRICING
• All prices are listed in USD.
• Accepted payment methods:

• Venmo: Bunnadoo• Full payment is requested after the sketch is approved and before line art begins.
• For commissions over $100, I may offer split payments (half upfront, half after sketch approval).
• Payment plans are available for larger projects or high-value adopts ($100+); feel free to ask.⸻COMMERCIAL USE & COPYRIGHT
• All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased in advance.
• You may not use my artwork for profit (e.g., merchandise, prints, branding) without written permission and a commercial-use agreement.⸻ARTIST RIGHTS & SHARING
• I retain the right to share, post, and display commissioned artwork on my social media and portfolio, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.
• If you’d prefer to keep your commission private, please let me know before work begins so I can respect your wishes.⸻FINAL NOTES
